Job summary

BIGGBY COFFEE seeks a friendly, energetic team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Michigan-based location. You will craft specialty beverages, follow established recipes, and help customers build customized drinks and food orders in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll live our cultural values, stay reliable in attendance, and participate in the New Barista Training Program while enjoying growth opportunities and a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program.
• Available to work 15–20+ hours per week, including weekend availability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role (standing, lifting, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Live our values and provide energetic, friendly service.
• Deliver great customer experiences and help customers craft customized drinks and food orders.
• Prepare quality drinks and food according to recipes and standards.
• Follow systems, position priorities, and maintain store cleanliness and cash handling.
• Support the team with additional tasks as assigned.

Deliver Great Customer Experiences

• Create a welcoming, friendly, and energetic atmosphere
