Job summary

Spire Hospitality is seeking a Barista to join our hotel’s Food & Beverage team. You will craft beverages and provide guests with a memorable start to their day, delivering warmth and thoughtful service in a fast-paced coffee shop setting.

We require a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of coffee shop experience, preferably in a hotel. A Food Handlers Certification is required, and the role offers steady full-time hours with competitive pay and benefits.

Pay rate Per hour: $15- $15.92

Physical Demands:

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year Coffee Shop Attendant in hotel preferred
• Minimum of 1 year Coffee Shop Attendant experience in a similar role, size of operation required
• Food Handlers Certification required
