Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning coffee machines, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Restock supplies and keep inventory organized to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Operate and maintain coffee‑making equipment, troubleshoot minor issues as needed, and report major concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a harmonious team environment.
• Stay informed about coffee industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
