• Keep the coffee bar, service counter, and customer areas clean and organized at all times.
• Restock cups, lids, syrups, milk, coffee, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Complete opening and closing tasks.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to the manager or shift lead.
• Receive and organize deliveries and supplies as needed.
• Assist with light food preparation, pastry displays, and other café items.
• Work collaboratively with Food Services team members.
• Support other café and Food Services tasks as needed.

Join the JCC coffee shop team as a Barista. You’ll prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages while creating a welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll join a supportive team that values hospitality, collaboration, and quality.

Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not required. We will provide training for the right candidates who are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to excellent customer service.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position without benefits. The schedule will not exceed 29 hours a week. The Jewish Community Center is an EOE (Equal Opportunity Employer).
