What You'll Do:
As one of our front-line ambassadors, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests each day. Your mission is to craft delicious beverages with care and precision while providing an outstanding customer experience from the first hello to the last sip.

Your daily grind includes:

• Brewing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages with artistry and accuracy
• Engaging warmly with customers, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations
• Keeping the bar area spotless, stocked, and organized to meet high cleanliness and efficiency standards
• Maintaining a safe and inviting atmosphere, from opening to closing
• Working closely with your teammates to ensure smooth shifts and a supportive work culture
• A positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
• Previous barista or café experience is a plus—but if you’ve got the right energy, we’ll train you!
• The ability to multitask in a lively, fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
