Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.

• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions and cross-train, including kitchen duties.
• Keep spaces clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Produce items to standard recipe specifications.
• Stock ingredients for each station as needed.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

Compensation:

Base pay is $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our spaces clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
• Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
• Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each stations needs.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
