Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is hiring a Barista in Atlanta. You will craft coffee beverages, greet guests, and maintain a clean, organized bar area to ensure a superb guest experience.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork. Prior barista experience is preferred, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of barista or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• A positive energy and team player attitude.
• Flexible schedule for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, and serve the coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately.
• Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, accept and process guest payment, and report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with IRS standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops, wash and sterilize glassware, set up and breakdown all bar items.
• Assist the restocking & replenishment of bar inventory and report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager.

The Role:

Nothing awakens your senses like the smell of fresh ground coffee beans in the morning. As a Barista You love nothing more than creating the delicate and divine latte art, and ensuring every cup o’ Joe is made with love.

What we will ask of you:

Requirements for Success:
