MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA, seeks a Patient Surgical & Financial Coordinator to manage bariatric surgery patient panels and the logistics of their pre-surgery work-up over a multi-month timeline.

You will be the main contact for patients, ensuring they stay on track and informed at every step toward surgery, coordinating schedules, and supporting the bariatric team with logistics and patient communication.

Competenze

• High school diploma/GED equivalent required
• Related college coursework and or training preferred
• Two-year or four-year college degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) year work experience in a medical office setting required
• Experience with medical terminology
• Healthcare insurance or related experience strongly preferred
• Experience with EPIC desirable
• Experience in customer service roles preferred

Mansioni

• Coordinate a panel of bariatric surgery patients and the logistics of their pre-surgery work-up over a two to eight-month period.
• Serve as the key point of contact for patients, keeping them on track and informed at every step along the way to surgery.
