Emerson Hospital is seeking a Bariatric Mental Health Provider to offer psychological consultation, support, counseling and intervention to bariatric patients and their significant others. You will evaluate psychological well-being and ensure patient safety under the Bariatric Coordinators supervision, aligned with the Psychology Department’s goals.

Qualifications include a Masters degree in a mental health field and licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW, with at least one year of experience.

Formación

• Masters degree in a field related to mental health.
• License required: LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW.
• Minimum one year experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychological consultation, support, counseling and intervention to bariatric patients and significant others.
• Evaluate psychological well-being and ensure safety of care.
• Work under supervision of the Bariatric Coordinator and in accordance with Psychology Department objectives.
