Job summary

You will coordinate staffing, support recruitment, oversee logbooks, trainings, and team-building activities, and ensure cash handling and daily checklists are completed.

Qualifications

• Instructor’s license or obtain within 12 months to keep position.
• Attend 8 Truist (work/life balance) classes (remote).
• Must work on Saturdays (industry standard).
• Schedule flexibility (5-6 day work shift).
• Employed with company for at least 90 days (developmental can be less).
• Attend and pass LSB Leadership Training.
• No attendance issues.
• No recent disciplinary actions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision to a service provider team.
• Manage daily operations and ensure the shop runs smoothly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Ensure adequate staffing and support recruitment procedures.
• Oversee cash handling and daily deposits.
• Maintain the shop’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Ensure logbooks are current and up to date.
• Lead trainings and team-building activities.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
