Diesel Barbershop SATX is seeking a strong barber or stylist who leads by example. As a Co-Manager, you’ll balance cutting with shop leadership, team development, and maintaining a high-energy culture.

Ideal candidates are seasoned barbers/cosmetologists with leadership experience, exceptional client service, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced shop environment. This is a working leadership role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensed barber or cosmetologist in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years as licensed barber/cosmetologist.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong technical skills with men's cuts, fades, and razor work.
• Reliable, professional leader with integrity.
