Overview

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Columbia, MD is seeking a full-time Assistant Shop Lead to join the team. This position offers a path into leadership while continuing to work behind the chair. You will support the Shop Leader, assist barbers and stylists in growing their skills in cuts, colors, and shaves, and help ensure smooth shop operations.

Base pay range

$18.50/hr - $33.00/hr
