Life Time is seeking a LifeSpa-Barber at our Algonquin, IL location to provide hair services and treatments that enhance the guest experience. This role focuses on cutting, styling, grooming, and facial hair shaping, while avoiding chemical treatments.

You will educate clients on LifeSpa products, stay current with trends, maintain salon standards, and work with a team in a fully insured benefits environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of barber experience.
• Barber license in state where work is performed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent

Years Of Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations

• Barber license in state where work is performed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a barber in a professional setting
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software
