Job summary

Life Time is seeking a LifeSpa-Barber to provide hair services and treatments enhancing guest well-being and club experience. Services may include cutting, styling, and grooming, excluding chemical treatments. Must maintain salon standards and stay current with trends.

Typical duties include educating clients on Life Spa products, performing hair analysis, and promoting Life Spa services while maintaining a clean work station. Barbers need 1–3 years of experience and a valid barber license.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of barber experience.
• Barber license in the state where the work is performed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of LifeSpa products is a plus.

This position does not perform chemical treatments such as coloring, highlighting, or perming as a part of their service list.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent

Years of Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

• Barber license in state where work is performed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a barber in a professional setting
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software
