Life Time is seeking a LifeSpa-Barber to provide haircutting, styling and grooming services to club guests, focusing on well-being and the overall Life Time experience. This role does not perform chemical treatments and emphasizes individualized services.

You will educate clients on LifeSpa offerings, stay current with trends, maintain salon standards, and enjoy benefits such as a subsidized membership, product discounts, and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Barber license in state where work is performed.
• 1–3 years of barber experience.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, interest, commissions).
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Position Summary

The LifeSpa-Barber provides various hair services and treatments that improve the guest's overall sense of well-being and enhances the club experience. Some services may include cutting, styling, and grooming and styling facial hair that result in exceeding the guest's expectations. This position does not perform chemical treatments such as coloring, highlighting, or perming as a part of their service list.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent
• Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a barber
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
• Barber license in state where work is performed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a barber in a professional setting
• Knowledge in Salon Biz software
