Job summary

Zuma Restaurants seeks a Barback in Boston to support the bar team, stock supplies, prepare garnishes, and keep the bar clean for seamless service. You’ll assist bartenders and help deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Host or similar in luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, team-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory including garnishes and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor ice supplies and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Support bar team to deliver smooth service during shifts.
