Job summary

Omni Boston Seaport is seeking a Barback to support bartenders by maintaining bar setups, knowing cocktail menus, and ensuring supplies are stocked for events. You will assist with banquet bar areas, maintain sanitation, and help with daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for health department and Ecosure inspections.
• Know beverage menus and assist bartenders with supplies.
• Set up bars, glassware, garnishes, stock ice, and proper storage.
• Assist banquet bars setup and breakdown.
• Ensure cleanliness of bar areas and equipment.
• Handle daily paperwork and inventory for bar operations.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure a memorable experience.
