Job summary

Zuma is seeking a Barback to support the bar team and ensure smooth service in a luxury, high-volume setting in Miami. You will stock supplies, prepare garnishes, and maintain cleanliness to help bartenders deliver exceptional drinks and guest experiences.

In this role you will monitor ice, assist with guest requests, and help with setup and breakdown before and after service. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Host or similar in a luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Natural team player who thrives in a large team.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, capable of creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure ice supplies are stocked and functioning.
• Provide support during service by fetching items, clearing glasses, and handling guest requests.
