You will wash glasses, stock kegs, replenish ice, maintain bar cleanliness, and assist with food prep for drinks while upholding health standards and safety procedures. This role requires 21+ years, ability to obtain gaming license, and a flexible schedule with good communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of guest service principles and processes.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Mature judgment and professionalism.
• Ability to understand and follow orders.
• Ability to understand written information.

Responsibilities

• Stock, clean, and prepare beverages under the guidance of the Bartender.
• Maintain adequate supplies of bar items and replenish as needed.
• Wash glasses and serving equipment promptly.
• Stock refrigerating units and replace beer kegs.

• Clean and polish the bar, counters, shelves, and equipment.
