Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with beverages, mixes, garnishes and bar setups.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar area.
• Stock and replenish beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice and supplies.
• Label, organize and store products according to safety standards.
• Clean and polish glassware, equipment, tools and workstations.
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries.
• Support bartenders and teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalate when necessary.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist bartenders with preparing beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar setups
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area
• Stock and replenish alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies
• Properly label, organize, and store products according to company and safety standards
• Clean and polish glassware, equipment, tools, and workstations
• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries and anticipating guest needs
• Support bartenders and teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelines

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age
• Previous barback or bartending experience preferred

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is: $18.38

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
