Job summary

Colwen Hotels is hiring a Barback at the AC Hotel Portsmouth to support bartenders and restaurant staff. You will assist with bar opening/closing, restock supplies, and prepare garnishes to ensure guests have an excellent experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar areas, restocking, and helping during rush hours while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

• Refill ice bins.
• Clean rags throughout the shift.
• Assist the Bartenders during rush hours.

Description

Rooftop at the Envio at the AC Hotel Portsmouth, a Colwen Hotels Property, is looking for Barbacks to support our Bartenders and restaurant staff. In this role you will assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind the bar tasks, such as restocking the bar and preparing garnishes. Ultimately, you will ensure that our guests receive excellent customer service and enjoy their experience in the restaurant.
