White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Barback to support the bartending team in a premium hotel setting. You will help maintain a clean bar, stock supplies, and assist with guest service to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience for guests.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting is a plus.
• Excellent guest-service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders to ensure smooth guest service and support daily operations.
• Maintain bar stock, ice, and supplies for bartenders.
• Follow food sanitation practices and keep the bar area clean.
• Knowledge of menu items to answer guest questions accurately.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and represent the establishment well.

As a Barback, you will support the bartending team by ensuring smooth operations, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the bar stocked so that guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Work with bartenders to ensure excellent guest service and assist where needed.
• Maintain stock of ice, product, and supplies for the bartenders.
• Ensure that food sanitation practices are followed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by removing dishes, breaking down trays, and completing all necessary side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
