Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 months of related experience, an Alcohol Awareness Certification, clear communication, and a team-focused approach, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Three to six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop alternative solutions and handle emotional topics with reason.
• Excellent customer service skills, including managing difficult or emotional situations professionally.
• High level of professionalism and respectful attitude towards colleagues and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
