Job summary

The Rally Hotel in Denver’s downtown McGregor Square is seeking a part-time bar/lounge associate to maintain stock and assist bartenders for all shifts. You will ensure bar areas are set up, stocked, and clean, replenishing ice and supplies as needed, and helping with glassware and general bar maintenance.

Candidates should be able to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and communicate well. Great benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must have minimal hearing and good vision.
• Good speech skills and literacy to identify stock items and record usage.

Responsibilities

• Keep bar/lounge equipment and supplies stocked and ready.
• Set up and maintain bar areas for lounge operations.
• Assist bartenders by checking ashtrays, napkins, glassware, and cleanliness.
• Replenish ice and supplies; monitor inventory during shifts.
• Assist bar staff and cocktail servers as needed.
• Operate glasswashers and ensure clean glassware is available.
• Sweep/mop behind bar areas at end of shift.
