Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Barback for a part-time role at our Denver, Colorado location. You will support bartenders by stocking and organizing the bar, preparing garnishes, and ensuring a clean, efficient bar area during service.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are required as part of operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing bar tools and equipment.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure they are fresh and readily available for bartenders.
• Keep ice bins stocked and assist with beverage preparation during peak hours.
• Remove and dispose of trash and empty bottles as needed throughout the shift.
• Ensure all beverage storage areas are well-organized and properly stocked.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for service.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the Bar Manager or Supervisor.
• Respond to bartender requests quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted service.
