Responsibilities

• Set up bar areas for lounge opening.
• Maintain bar and lounge areas neatly at all times.
• Assist bartenders by checking ashtrays, napkins, glasses, and cleanliness.
• Replenish ice as needed.
• Ensure bartenders have supplies throughout shift.
• Assist bartenders and cocktail servers as needed.
• Operate glasswashers and place clean glassware appropriately.
• Sweep and mop behind bar areas at end of shift.
