Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and maintain a clean, stocked bar and dining area for a world-class guest experience. You’ll help keep glassware, garnishes, and supplies ready while ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

Open seven days with flexible schedules; 15–30 hours weekly typical, including evenings, weekends and holidays. No formal certifications required beyond local guidelines, and associate discounts apply for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Certifications required per local/state guidelines.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for a shift; lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Maintain a pace that keeps up with guest visits.
• Clean and stock glassware and bar area items.
• Assist bartenders with refilling bottles and prepping garnishes.
• Clean spills and maintain tidy, safe areas per guidelines.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all employment policies and procedures; perform side work.
