Job summary

Puttshack is hiring Barbacks to support bartenders and keep the bar area clean, stocked, and visually appealing while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Role requires 18+ years old, hospitality experience, knowledge of liquor and bar operations, strong time management, and ability to multitask in a busy, social environment. Flexible scheduling with 15–30 hours weekly; compensation includes base wage plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Prior hospitality or related field experience required.
• General knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and spirits.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must obtain certifications as required by local/state guidelines.
• Ability to communicate safely and effectively.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support to bartenders and bar operations.
• Maintain clean, stocked bar and dining areas.
• Assist with refilling bottles and prepping garnishes.
• Keep glassware and bar supplies organized and tidy.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
