Responsibilities
Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar area.
Stock and replenish bar inventory to ensure efficient drink preparation.
Prepare garnishes according to established recipes and standards.
Monitor and manage the supply of ice.
Provide support to bartenders during service by fetching items and clearing glasses.
