Qualifications

• Proven experience as Host or similar role in luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Previous experience as Barback in high-volume bar or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar area.
• Stock and replenish bar inventory to ensure efficient drink preparation.
• Prepare garnishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Monitor and manage the supply of ice.
• Provide support to bartenders during service by fetching items and clearing glasses.
