Job summary

Zuma in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly and attentive server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, take food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure dietary requests are communicated to the kitchen. Provide prompt, courteous service and help guests navigate the menu with confidence.

We value team players, hospitality expertise, and a passion for Japanese cuisine. Prior restaurant experience is required; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams

Main Duties
