Job summary

Turfway Park Racing & Gaming in Florence, KY is seeking a full-time Barback to support the bar team and ensure smooth service at VIP, Wells and pop-up bars.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a readiness to work in a busy gaming environment. A Kentucky Racing License may be required, and lifting up to 50 lbs is possible.

Responsibilities

• Keeping VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars and restaurant bars fully stocked at all times
• Preparing garnishes
• Refilling ice wells
• Replenishing the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc.
• Restocking liquor bottles
• Changing beer kegs
• Restocking the bar for the following shift
• Putting away shipments of liquor and beer
• Tracking opening and closing inventory levels
• Other duties as assigned by management
