Qualifications

• Must hold a Food Handlers certificate from an ANSI-accredited program.
• Must hold an Alcohol Serving certificate from an ABC-accredited program.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk and stand for a 6-8 hour shift.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, reliable, friendly, and punctual.
• Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate our guests
• Adapt to accommodate the changing needs of the restaurant and guests
• Maintain a high-level of professionalism and community
• Ensure there is always enough backup liquor
• Retrieve alcohol from the storage area if the bartender runs out
• Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar
• Wipe down tables and bar tops
• Re-stock garnishes, mixes, glasses, and ice
• Respect guests’ right of way
• Support the bartenders to ensure that guests are attended to
• Other tasks as assigned
