Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barback preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Clear, business-like communication with staff and guests.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations.
• Ability to calculate basic math functions related to inventory.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar products including beverages, ice, and supplies.
• Draft beer and pour wine for guest orders; assist bartenders.
• Ensure equipment is operable and bar area is clean before events.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and adjacent areas per sanitation procedures.
• Assist with showcasing and maintaining high-profile locations.
• Identify visibly intoxicated guests and inform bartenders.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
