The LINE Hotels is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Barback to join our team in Austin. The successful candidate will bring a genuine passion for hospitality and a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As part of the restaurant team, you will support bar operations, ensure a clean and well-organized bar, and uphold the brand's standards of excellence. This role offers opportunities for growth within a creative hospitality culture.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel.
• Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the company’s standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service, following this sequence for every guest.
• Possess knowledge of the POS system to correctly and strategically coordinate with team members.
• Stock and maintain bar area and bar supplies, ensuring superior cleanliness and organization.
• Assist coworkers in any task necessary to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkers.
• Execute any additional employee duties requested by management.
• Possess expert knowledge of all food and beverage aspects of the restaurant.
• Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel.
• Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested.
