Qualifications

• Related hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be courteous and professional at all times.
• Establish and maintain communications with colleagues and other departments.
• Provide guests an enjoyable experience that meets standards of excellence.
• Follow the sequence of service for every guest.
• Know the POS system to coordinate with team members.
• Stock and maintain bar area and supplies; ensure cleanliness.
• Assist coworkers to maintain a great environment for guests and staff.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all food and beverage aspects of the restaurant.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel.
• Attend scheduled departmental and administrative meetings.
