Responsibilities

Assist bartenders by setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service, stocking bottles, glassware, and tools.
Stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies for efficient drink prep.
Prepare garnishes (citrus wedges, olives, herbs) fresh and ready for use.
Monitor ice supply and maintain ice bins and machines for service.
Provide support during service by fetching items, clearing glasses, and assisting guests.
Follow all safety procedures, report hazards, and store flammable materials properly.
Adhere to hotel policies and maintain professional appearance.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
