Qualifications

• This barback role involves maintaining bar setup, restocking supplies and supporting bartenders.
• Flexibility to work nights, holidays and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform set up duties for bar, side stations, storage areas and food staging.
• Restock bar with liquor, wine, glassware, beer, ice and garnishes.
• Polish glassware and silver; keep bar, tables and floors clean.
• Transport dishes to kitchen; assist bartenders with beverage refills.
• Keep juice production area organized; change kegs as needed.
• Participate in general cleaning and handle guest requests.
