Asm Global in San Francisco is seeking a proactive Barback to support our bartending team. You will help maintain a clean, stocked bar and assist in serving guests during busy shifts.

The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while upholding health and safety standards. Previous barback or barista experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a barback, barista, or similar role preferred but not required.

• Stock and restock bar supplies, including bottles, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks as needed.

• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supplies that need reordering.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
• Support in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and answering questions when necessary.
• Handle waste disposal and ensure a tidy work environment.
