Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Banquet Bartender for Pendry. This role crafts cocktails, engages guests, and upsells while maintaining a pristine bar area in a luxury hotel setting. You’ll collaborate with the bar and service teams to deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction. Flexible scheduling, weekends, and holidays are expected. Health benefits and hotel perks accompany the role.

Qualifications

• You have basic communication skills.
• Prior bartending and Micros or other systems experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact one on one with guests, take orders, make cocktails, upsell, ensure guest satisfaction and anticipate guest needs.
• Exhibit knowledge and service delivery of beverages and menu items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar, stocking with appropriate products and supplies.
• Work as a team and communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
