Job summary

Aspen One in Boulder, CO is seeking a Barback to support the bar with setup, stock, and service duties. You will assist in running food, bussing tables, and ensuring the bar stays stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year experience working in a restaurant.
• Basic knowledge of wine, food and cooking methods.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards.
• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of bar service items.
• Stock service items such as china, glassware and silverware.
• Clear tables and maintain bar area cleanliness.
• Describe menu items to guests when needed.
• Follow Idaho liquor laws; do not serve intoxicated guests or minors.
• Other duties as assigned.
