Job summary

Aparium Hotel Group is seeking a Barback to support the hotel’s bar operations and guest service. You will stock the bar, back up the service team, and help deliver food and beverages in a friendly, timely manner.

The role emphasizes learning advanced service techniques and building guest relationships. You will work with a collaborative F&B team, adhering to safety for alcohol service, and continuously developing your knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits through tastings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year barback experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• TiPS Alcohol service certification and SafeStaff Certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Must meet local age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Fluency in English both spoken and non‑verbal.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and model company values in service to guests and team.
• Stock, clean and back‑up the bar service team; assist in delivering food and drinks.
• Gain in‑depth beverage knowledge through tasting and trainings.
• Provide professional service using steps of service; ensure safe, legal beverage handling.
