Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Barback to support bar operations within the hotel, ensuring guest service aligns with sustainability standards. You will stock, prepare garnishes, check requisitions, and maintain bar cleanliness while following safety guidelines.

Prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, with a high school diploma preferred. Schedule may include holidays and weekends; opportunities exist for full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist bar operations as part of the barback team.
• Assist with stocking and requisition checks with storeroom personnel.
• Prepare garnishes, juice, and maintain bar supplies and cleanliness.
• Maintain bar, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas per health codes.
• Transport and replace taps; assist with beer keg maintenance.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and wear MSDS/OSHA compliant gear.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
