Job summary

Beverly's Restaurant at the Coeur d'Alene Resort is seeking a reliable Barback to support bartenders and keep the bar running smoothly during service. Join a premier dining destination with lake views and a commitment to outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities include restocking, cleaning, and assisting with bar prep, while maintaining health and safety standards. Weekend and holiday availability is a plus, with wage of $10/hour plus tips and resort employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware throughout your shift.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-supplied at all times.
• Assist bartenders with prep work, including garnishes and bar setup.
• Collect and wash used glassware and bar tools promptly.
• Help maintain health and safety standards in the bar area.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
• Work closely with bartenders and service staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
