Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Barback to support bar operations at AT&T Stadium in Texas. You will stock supplies, assist bartenders, and help maintain a fast, clean guest experience during events.

This on-site role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift 10–30 lbs; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Prior bar experience and English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of bar operations, service standards, and basic food & beverage prep.
• Able to work in a team-oriented, high-energy setting.
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English.
• Able to lift 10–30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; stand for long periods.

• Refill ice bins and monitor supply levels during shifts.
• Anticipate bartender needs and provide timely assistance.

• Deliver prompt, quality guest service.
• Assist with closing duties including restocking and breakdown.

JOB SUMMARY

The Barback plays a vital support role in ensuring seamless bar operations within the concession’s environment. This position is responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining bar supplies while assisting bartenders in delivering efficient, high-quality service to guests. The Barback works behind the scenes to anticipate needs, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

• Stock bar items daily, including beverages, garnishes, glassware, and paper products.

• Refill ice bins and monitor supply levels throughout the shift.

• Anticipate bartender needs and provide timely assistance to support smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment.

• Arrive to work on time, prepared, and ready to set up as directed.

• Adhere to company policies, operating standards, and safety procedures.

• Deliver prompt, efficient, and quality support to ensure outstanding guest service.

• Assist with closing duties, including restocking and breakdown of bar stations.

• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience (2–3 years) in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant environment required.

• Strong knowledge of bar operations, service standards, and basic food & beverage preparation.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-energy setting.

• Strong communication skills; must be able to read, speak, and write in English.

• Physical ability to lift and transport 10–30 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and move for extended periods.

• Must be available to work all scheduled events, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
