Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a fast-paced bar, nightclub, or high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of bar operations, service standards, and basic beverage prep.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team setting.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar items daily and maintain supplies.
• Refill ice bins and monitor levels throughout the shift.
• Anticipate bartender needs and provide timely assistance to support smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment.
• Arrive to work on time, prepared, and ready to set up as directed.
• Adhere to company policies, operating standards, and safety procedures.
• Deliver prompt, efficient, and quality support to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Assist with closing duties, including restocking and breakdown of bar stations.
