Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Bartender to deliver an exceptional guest experience at AT&T Stadium. You will mix, garnish, and serve beverages quickly and responsibly while keeping a clean, organized bar area.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience, strong mixology knowledge, and excellent guest service skills. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required, along with reliable grooming and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in high-volume or event-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards as per policies.

• Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to all guests.

• Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts according to cash-handling policies.
• Prepare and restock bar inventory, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal beverage offerings and garnish preparation.
• Stay knowledgeable about current menu offerings, promotions, and venue events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Concessions Bartender plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Legends-operated venues. This position is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages quickly, accurately, and responsibly while maintaining a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and knowledgeable about mixology and responsible alcohol service, with a passion for creating memorable moments for every guest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to all guests.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
• Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and ensure accuracy and consistency in every drink.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
• Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts in accordance with Legends’ cash-handling policies.
• Prepare and restock bar inventory, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies before, during, and after shifts.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal beverage offerings and garnish preparation.
• Stay knowledgeable about current menu offerings, promotions, and venue events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the Concessions team and overall guest experience.
• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills with a welcoming and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must maintain personal grooming and uniform standards in accordance with Legends’ policies.
• Must have a valid email address for scheduling and communication purposes.
