Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Concessions Bartender for AT&T Stadium on-site in Arlington, TX. You will prepare and serve beverages quickly, accurately, and responsibly while keeping a clean, energetic bar environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys mixology, delivers friendly guest service, and complies with all safety standards. With a minimum of two years in fast-paced bartending, you will assist with inventory, work with a culinary team on seasonal beverages, and contribute to a memorable guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in high-volume events.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to all guests, mix, garnish, and serve beverages.
• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy in every drink.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and verify IDs for alcohol service.
• Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts.
• Prepare and restock bar inventory and supplies, coordinate with culinary team.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, promotions, and events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

This position is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages quickly, accurately, and responsibly while maintaining a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and knowledgeable about mixology and responsible alcohol service, with a passion for creating memorable moments for every guest.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:*** Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to all guests.* Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.* Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and ensure accuracy and consistency in every drink.* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.* Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service.* Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts in accordance with Legends’ cash-handling policies.* Prepare and restock bar inventory, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies before, during, and after shifts.* Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal beverage offerings and garnish preparation.* Stay knowledgeable about current menu offerings, promotions, and venue events.* Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.* Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.* Assist with other duties as assigned to support the Concessions team and overall guest experience.* All other duties as assigned.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event-based environment.* Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.* Excellent communication and guest service skills with a welcoming and approachable demeanor.* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.* Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.* Must maintain personal grooming and uniform standards in accordance with Legends’ policies.* Must have a valid email address for scheduling and communication purposes.**WORKING CONDITIONS** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
