Position Summary

Ensure all bar/lounge equipment and supplies are maintained at proper levels throughout all hours of operation to provide excellent service to guests.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all bar areas are set up properly for lounge opening.
2. Maintain the bar and lounge areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
3. Assist bartenders by checking the bar for cocktail napkins, empty glasses, cleanliness, etc.
4. Replenish ice as needed/requested.
5. Ensure bartenders have sufficient supplies throughout the shift.
6. Operate glasswashers as necessary, ensure clean glassware is available.
7. Sweep and mop all bar areas at the end of each shift, cleaning and replacing mats as needed.

Qualifications

1. Previous restaurant experience.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Effective communication with bar staff.

Physical Demands

1. Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
2. Identify proper solutions to issues.
3. Repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs., including cases of liquor, glasses, trash cans, and cleaning supplies.
4. Ability to mop, sweep, and bend to stock and clean the bar areas.
5. Continuous standing to stock and clean.
