• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Ensure proper sanitation is maintained to meet health department standards.
• Prepare garnishes, prepped juices, set up bar stations for opening/closing.
• Assist bartenders during peak hours with drink orders and customer requests.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and restocking.

Responsibilities:

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar supplies; chang kegs
• Enusring proper sanitation is maintained to met standards set my the metro health department.
• Prepare garnishes (fruit, herbs), prepped juices, set up bar stations for opening/closing
• Assist bartenders during peak hours with drink orders, running drinks, and addressing customer requests
• Execute opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and restocking for the next shift
