Job description

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware during shifts
• Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, ice, juices, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, back bar, and storage areas
• Remove trash, recyclables, and empty kegs promptly
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service
• Refill ice bins and ensure coolers are fully stocked
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Provide general support to bartenders and management as needed

Skills

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
